Healthcare Environments

LBD Fine Art’s healthcare art programs support healing environments. When developing these programs we take into consideration the patients, family members and staff, and their emotional response to color and imagery. Healthcare facilities have varying art needs depending on the use of the space, age of the patient and nature of the illness. A waiting area, for example, calls for different artwork than a patient room, pediatric unit or behavioral health center. Although the individual pieces may vary in subject matter, medium or color, the work as a whole comes together to create a safe, soothing environment – one that promotes healing.
